Develop Strong Individuals and Strong Teams

Our development tools are designed for personal coaching for growth in current positions or into positions of greater–or just different–responsibilities. Our online development assessments can identify sources of performance problems to help create action plans for improved personal functioning.

They are also used for team development to "diagnose" problems with team effectiveness and develop a plan to improve it.

Develop

All of our development assessments evaluate both strengths and challenges. They are beneficial for individual coaching and to strengthen relationships between managers and employees as well as relationships among team members.

Our on-site or web-based training (coming soon) sessions enable organizations to utilize the information from the assessments to get the most out of the information provided.

BRAND NEW REPORT FOR DEVELOPMENT:

The Emotional Quotient ("EQ") is our newest assessment to use for developing top performers and energizing your workforce. EQ measures emotional intelligence, or your ability to sense, understand, and effectively apply emotions to facilitate collaboration and productivity. EQ enables individuals to leverage their awareness of emotions to maximize effectiveness. The EQ assessment provides individuals with insight into areas where their emotional intelligence is lower than needed, and recommendations for how to improve.

EQ includes three intra-personal scales, and two inter-personal scales. Intrapersonal Emotional Quotient:

  • Self-Awareness
  • Self-Regulation
  • Motivation

Interpersonal Emotional Quotient:

  • Social Skills
  • Empathy

DISC reveals the individual's natural behavior and communication style and what kind of behavior adjustments s/he makes in the work environment. It evaluates how individuals deal with the "Four P's" of behavior:

  • Dealing with Problems (D: Direct)
  • Interacting with People (I: Interactive)
  • Following a work Pace (S: Steady)
  • Adhering to Procedures (C: Compliant)

The key to successful professional development and personal growth is knowledge of each person's unique behaviors. Understanding behavior styles can enable you to maximize strengths and minimize the impact of weaknesses, thereby energizing your workforce to achieve organizational goals.

DISC is an excellent tool to improve morale, overcome team dysfunctions, increase productivity, and identify personal development plans.

Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values ("PIAV") reveals which of six underlying motivators is most relevant to the individual. Research has shown that we are all primarily motivated by one or two of these six values. These values, or life passions, provide a lens through which we see the world and through which we determine personal success and fulfillment. The six passions, identified on the PIAV report, are:

  • A search for knowledge.
  • A passion for balance and harmony, creativity and nature.
  • A desire for a high return on investment of time, energy, money and other resources.
  • A quest for position status, influence and prestige.
  • A passion to make a difference in the lives of others.
  • A desire to follow a defined system for living.

Prevue

The information obtained from the PIAV enables you to better understand your own reactions, make career choices that will fulfill your personal passions, understand underlying conflicts with others and become aware of how others view the world.

The PIAV can help you energize your workforce by identifying candidates that are passionate about your mission and vision and by revealing potential barriers among current team members. It is an excellent tool to help select candidates that will fit in with your culture, retain top performers and develop your team to peak productivity.

2. The Team Assessment developed by Patrick Lencioni of the Table Group and author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, provides the tool to evaluate how effectively your team functions. Top performers don't usually leave jobs because they don't like the job. They often leave because they don't like their manager. Poor managers usually lead dysfunctional teams. And dysfunctional teams don't usually accomplish your goals.

The Team Assessment, completed anonymously by each team member, enables you to identify what team dysfunctions most significantly impact your team, and what to do to turn them around so your team can accomplish corporate objectives.
